For T&D Automotive, we didn’t just build a website; we built a digital dealership. The automotive market is fast-paced, and customers expect instant information. We focused on removing the friction between “just looking” and “driving away” by integrating powerful automation tools that handle the heavy lifting of car sales.


The Problem Solved

Traditional car sites often require manual entry for every vehicle detail, which is prone to human error. We solved this by implementing a VIN Lookup & Autocomplete system. Now, entering a single VIN instantly populates the vehicle’s make, model, engine specs, and history—ensuring 100% data accuracy and saving hours of administrative work.


Key Technical Milestones

1. Smart Lead Capture & Notifications

We engineered a multi-channel lead system to ensure no customer is missed. Every interaction—from a Test Drive Request to a Quote Form—triggers an instant email notification to both the dealership and the customer. This creates a professional, high-touch experience that closes deals faster.

2. Specialized Automotive Pages

We developed dedicated hubs for the dealership’s core business model:

  • BHPH (Buy Here Pay Here) Page: A custom-designed landing page tailored for high conversions on in-house financing.

  • Trade-In & Service Portals: Streamlined forms that allow users to get appraisals or book maintenance in seconds.

3. The “Deep-Sync” Data Flow

The most challenging part was ensuring the Search Filter (Condition, Body, Make, Model, etc.) stayed synced with the live inventory. We built a robust data architecture where the backend inventory updates the frontend filters automatically, so users never hit a “dead end” during their search.

4. Fully Adaptive Engineering

Cars are often browsed on the go. We prioritized a device-responsive architecture where the search sidebar on the desktop becomes a sleek, slide-out filter on mobile. Whether a user is on a desktop or a phone at the lot, the interface remains fast, intuitive, and visually striking.
