Project Overview

Avariee is a premier luxury property management and short-term rental agency based in Dubai. The client required a digital presence that mirrored the elegance of their physical properties—sophisticated, trustworthy, and high-performing. The goal was to build a platform that serves two distinct user groups: property owners seeking management services and guests looking for high-end vacation rentals.

2. The Challenge

The client faced significant hurdles with their previous infrastructure, specifically regarding communication reliability and user experience:

  • Email Deliverability Issues: Critical transactional emails (booking confirmations, owner updates) were landing in spam or failing to send, damaging trust with high-net-worth clients.

  • Mobile Fragmentation: The previous design did not translate well to mobile devices, resulting in lost booking opportunities from travelers browsing on phones.

  • Brand Consistency: They needed a visual identity that immediately conveyed “luxury” without compromising on page load speed or functionality.

3. The Solution & Technical Highlights

📧 Enterprise-Grade SMTP & Microsoft 365 Integration

To solve the communication crisis, I engineered a robust email delivery architecture.

  • Microsoft Business Email Setup: Migrated and configured the client’s infrastructure to Microsoft 365 Business.

  • SMTP Configuration: Implemented a custom SMTP relay to bypass standard PHP mail limitations. This ensured that all system-generated emails (invoices, booking alerts, password resets) achieved a near-100% deliverability rate directly to the primary inbox, avoiding spam filters entirely.

  • DNS Authentication: Configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to secure the domain reputation and prevent spoofing.

📱 Fully Responsive “Mobile-First” Architecture

Recognizing that travel planning often happens on the go, I prioritized a responsive framework.

  • Cross-Device Compatibility: The site adapts fluidly to all screen sizes—from large desktop 4K monitors to tablets and smartphones.

  • Touch-Optimized UI: Buttons, navigation menus, and booking calendars were specifically styled for touch interaction, ensuring a frustration-free experience for mobile users.

  • Dynamic Property Listing Engine: A robust system to showcase properties with high-resolution imagery, categorized by lifestyle (e.g., “Waterfront Residences”).

  • Direct Booking Integration: Seamless inquiry and booking forms connected to the backend CRM.

  • Owner & Guest Portals: Secure areas for distinct user types to manage listings or view reservation details.

  • WhatsApp/Live Chat Integration: Floating communication widget for instant guest support.

  • Speed Optimization: Implemented caching and image compression to ensure heavy visual assets load instantly.

5. The Result

The launched platform successfully positioned Avariee as a market leader in Dubai. The new SMTP setup eliminated missed booking notifications, and the responsive design led to a tangible increase in mobile inquiries.
