Avariee is a premier luxury property management and short-term rental agency based in Dubai. The client required a digital presence that mirrored the elegance of their physical properties—sophisticated, trustworthy, and high-performing. The goal was to build a platform that serves two distinct user groups: property owners seeking management services and guests looking for high-end vacation rentals.

The client faced significant hurdles with their previous infrastructure, specifically regarding communication reliability and user experience:

Email Deliverability Issues: Critical transactional emails (booking confirmations, owner updates) were landing in spam or failing to send, damaging trust with high-net-worth clients.

📧 Enterprise-Grade SMTP & Microsoft 365 Integration
To solve the communication crisis, I engineered a robust email delivery architecture.

Microsoft Business Email Setup: Migrated and configured the client’s infrastructure to Microsoft 365 Business.

SMTP Configuration: Implemented a custom SMTP relay to bypass standard PHP mail limitations. This ensured that all system-generated emails (invoices, booking alerts, password resets) achieved a near-100% deliverability rate directly to the primary inbox, avoiding spam filters entirely.

DNS Authentication: Configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to secure the domain reputation and prevent spoofing.
📱 Fully Responsive “Mobile-First” Architecture
Recognizing that travel planning often happens on the go, I prioritized a responsive framework.

The launched platform successfully positioned Avariee as a market leader in Dubai. The new SMTP setup eliminated missed booking notifications, and the responsive design led to a tangible increase in mobile inquiries.
